Let us create your child’s birthday celebration. Boys and girls equally enjoy gymnastics parties, so please bring in the boys. We provide a separate decorated party room, changing area and waiting room for adults. Each party is geared to the specific age of its participants. Parties are action packed with small groups to ensure each child a fun time. A one and a half hour extravaganza where we handle every detail, all that we require parents to do is supply: the birthday cake, snacks, and party supplies (plates, napkins, tablecloths, eating utensils…) Instructors will do all the setting up and cleaning up, so parents just sit back, take pictures, and enjoy the party. We recommend booking early to guarantee your specific data and time.

Parents are asked to supply anything needed for party at least one day prior to the party date

Drinks, Plates, Napkins, Table Cloth, Cups and/or Juice Boxes, & Party Favors(Cake and Balloons bring day of as they do not last overnight)

Make sure guests are dressed appropriately for a GYMNASTICS PARTY!!!!(No Jeans/Skirts/Dresses/Tights, Long Hair Must Be Pulled Up And Away From the Face)

The party is just like a regular class, Parents are asked not to stay. Only the BIRTHDAY boy/girl’s parents and grandparents are allowed in the gym.(Limited to 6 Direct Family Members).

Opening presents is optional, but not recommended. Our goal is to spend as much time in the gym as possible.

Lunch & dinner are not necessary in most cases, but PIZZA is available for an additional fee. (Not available for some parties)

A polite way to word gym policies "This is a drop-off, pick-up birthday party. Parents will not be allowed in the gym area. There is a parents waiting room, or feel free to leave us your info and go run some errands during this time. Your child will be supervised by the well trained staff at Terry & Don's Gymnastics and _________(your name here)!"

There is a $75 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking to hold the spot(this does come off your total balance due the day of the party).
